Monday:	Coffee Morning at 10am—12 noon
	Coffee and conversation with old friends and new.
	Music and Movement at 2pm
	This is a light and easy way of exercising.
Tuesday:	Banner Group—off site at 7.30pm
	This group meets on alternate weeks to make our banners for the Sanctuary and other visual aids for our services.
Wednesday:	The Promenaders at 7.30pm
	This is an entertainment group which meets on a regular basis to rehearse for shows presented to Nursing Homes and Residential Homes in and around Pudsey. More about the Promenaders...
